1. Booking & Payment
A retreat place is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified at the time of booking.
2. Deposits & Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
However, if your spot is resold, your payment may be refunded or transferred.
3. Participant Cancellation
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible.
If we are able to fill your spot with another participant, your payment can be refunded.
4. Balance Payments
If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
5. Retreat Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat schedule or activities if necessary.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizers, all payments made will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g. travel expenses).
6. Health & Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the retreat activities. Any injuries, health conditions, or dietary requirements must be disclosed in advance.
7. Liability
Participation in the retreat is at your own risk. The organizers, teachers, and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, or government regulations.
9. Acceptance of Terms
